As someone that has slept with a roommate, be careful. It can get really awkward really fast. Then you can't even enjoy your own home because the two of you are trying to avoid each other. If it happens, don't be a scumbag about it like I was. I still hate myself for it, but I gained an amazing friend from it. I was lucky she even wanted to talk to me again, let alone continue living there and paying rent.
