We wouldn't love to hang out now would we?

[–]MegaZambam 5 points6 points ago

No, this is more like I. The defining attribute of INTJ is not the I in my opinion.

Thank you for judging.

[–]punk-geekENTP 3 points4 points ago

That was a nice pun.

[–]Shaken_EarthINTJ 2 points3 points ago

I guess the 'P' in 'INTP' stands for punny. Amiright?

Entitled to your opinion. But I think who came up with this made the primary attribute first so they disagree with you. It could be your 55/45 I/E :)

I thought this was from /r/introvert at first when I saw it this morning.

[–]Agebor 1 point2 points ago

Judging by the title, I expected something like ".. but you are not worth of my time" or "... but what will I gain from it?"

I don't see why so many INTJs relate so much more with being an Introvert than the other bits. I'm personally more of an XNTJ, I get about a 50/50 for E/I on every test I take and it seems like posts like this have nothing to do with being an INTJ and only to do with being an I.

My guess is because several (most?) people, like myself, find their way here through /r/introvert .

I usually score close to 100% introverted on the I/E axis. All the other axes tend to be a bit of a crap shoot of close to 50/50 results, with a slight bias towards INTJ. In effect the whole mbti thing places you somewhere on a wacky 4-dimensional continuum. Assigning letters to certain regions of that space just make classifying people easier.

[–]Zamarok 2 points3 points ago

Check out other INTJ forums.. they are pretty much the same.

[–]NAH_NIGGA 2 points3 points ago

I actually got here by taking the MBTI and after finding out I'm an INTJ, I went through the process of: "Hmmmm, I wonder if there's a subreddit for them. Let's try www.reddit.com/r/intj. Holy shit, first try. It looks pretty active too."

That's me...except when I have an S.O. :3

[–]brainlady 2 points3 points ago

This is so freaking true. No wonder I feel guilty when I don't want to hang out, I'm lying! I never say this.

This may be just an introvert thing, too, though.

It's July 4 and I'm sitting at home smoking weed instead of hanging with friends because I hung out yesterday.

[–]josephdean21 0 points1 point ago

This. I can go hang out with all my friends and ignore the 100% Introversion score but then I need four-five days of recuperation time.

[–]DarthLovecraft 1 point2 points ago

Sounds more like an INFP to me.

[–]MegaZambam 7 points8 points ago

Sounds more like I to me.

[–]uncannybuzzard 0 points1 point ago

yes, i'll gladly go out if there is booze or drugs involved.

[–]mmmorangejews 0 points1 point ago

My life.

[–]NAH_NIGGA 0 points1 point ago

I can only get the chance to hang out with any of my friends every other week or so, so this isn't much of a problem.

[–]Webs1331 0 points1 point ago

I lol'd. Pretty true for me. Although I can enjoy hanging with the right people.

[–]fighted[!] 0 points1 point ago

sometimes i dread knowing that a call or text is coming that will attempt draw me out. i usually have a blast once i'm out and about, but i usually have an unreasonable feeling of wanting to stay in before. i think it is based in a feeling of not accomplishing anything worthwhile by going out and fucking around/drinking.

Noone invited me anywhere except my sister had us for lunch and then she went to an AA meeting. Pretty somber/sober family affair. I could hang with my brother but his friends are younger and dumber.
