I gotta say, the new Mario Party 9 seriously lacks that "I hate you" factor. It's too short, and having played five or six rounds, I have yet to purposefully steal starts from anyone. I don't think I enjoy it quite as much.

As noted, once again, Dokapon Kingdom is much, much worse. It's like Mario Party, except the stealing stars game mechanic is not only part of the game, but a LARGE part of the game.

Enjoy, but only if you want the game to end in fighting.

I remember playing this with a girlfriend and her friend. Was doing everything in my power to fuck them out of stars and openly mocked their weak attempts at winning mini-games. Lets just say it ended with me alone in my room that night.

Watched this game turn a couple with 5 solid years of relationship into a pair of screaming, cursing demons who never wanted to see each other again. They calmed down after a while but holy fucking shit.

Whenever playing with 3+ friends, it becomes a drama. My friend and I become allies, trying to defeat the evil villain in a battle of yelling, sabotage, and anger, then finally when we have run them into the forsaken ground, we turn on each other and become enemies.

I had never felt such rage in my entire life until playing this game one night with my roommate and friends. We like to play a smoking game where we take a hit every time something bad happens to you, like loosing coins and the person who wins a mini game gets to choose who takes a hit.

Here is the best way to play: play with three friends and make the 4th player peach on hardest difficulty. It's so funny because you will find that all three of you will be shouting whore cunt slut bitch the whole game and it's very unifying. One time Peach got 4 stars in one turn, and made my little cousin cry. Very humorous but this game is brutal

I remember at the end of a game, me and a friend were neck-to-neck (I was ahead) when we ended up in the same team for the rock-climbing mini-game. Needless to say, I sabotaged him and ended up winning by 1 star.

He still hasn't forgiven me.

I hated this game... my girlfriend would be sooo bad at it... I'd have like 4 stars... Bam star was stolen because she rolled a 6 instead of my 5... 1 star for her... 3 left for me.... then the end of the game would come and she'd win a star for landing on "most red" spaces... highest rolls and most challenges... 3 to 4... AHHHHHHHHH
