Same. Before I read the rest of the comments I went straight to Google and Amazon to look for it. Read that book for a long time, mostly on the train to work. At one point I just happened to be reading the sex scene between Shadow and Bast. It was completely arousing and I was totally sitting next to this old lady who saw me blush and was like, "Oh what's that you're reading?" I quickly flipped the page and showed her the cover. Crisis averted.

It's not a movie, I remember seeing it years ago, it was like new twilight zone or the outlimits. I'll have a look around and see if I can find it.
