The photographer probably took about 200+ other pictures of this exact same storm. He just needs to point it and it'll shoot every couple of seconds he just has to get into the right position and what not and it blasts away!

The picture might be slightly photo shopped (the coloring of the sky or enhancing the lightning strikes colors?)
