Leviathan DLC Discussion Thread.

This reddit is for people who love the Mass Effect universe - the games, the books, the comics and even the DLC. As awesome as Bioware is, please keep the discussion generally limited to the Mass Effect universe.

Spoilers can be posted using the following formatting:

which will show up in your post like this:

, or ME2 or ME3-specific versions:

which will show up like this:

You can also put whatever you want in the quotation marks: "ME2 DLC" or whatever.

To add spoiler tags to link titles, simply add #/spoiler to the end of the link as shown here

Mass Effect 1 plot details don't really need spoilers I think, since if you're in here you've already played either ME1 and know the plot, or played ME2 and already had it spoiled for you through the game.

ME3 details and ME2 DLC should use spoilers though, as not everyone has played the DLC yet, and when ME3 comes out, it'll take us all a bit of time to get through it.

A good way to avoid having to blackbox everything you write would be to just put the word "Spoilers" in your submission title, so we all know what to expect. :-)

Meme Guidelines:

Memes are generally disapproved of on /r/masseffect. They're easily upvoted, but they don't significantly contribute to discussion.

The source image for any meme or image macro submitted must be Mass Effect related.

Examples: Courage Wolf with a ME-related caption doesn't work. An image of Shepard punching Khalisah Al-Jilani with "I'm tired of your disingenuous assertions" would be fine and allowed, but lame and overplayed, and likely subject to downvotes. Try to submit original content.

Any and all sorts of memes are allowed in the comments. If you absolutely have to participate in submission-based memery, visit /r/masseffectmeme and knock yourselves out.
