Do you have any sort of proof to this statement? You do know on average blacks collect more per capita from welfare. Mostly because of the so called church organizations that hold classes on how to properly fill out your paperwork IE defraud the government.

http://heartland.org/policy-documents/welfare-expenditures-ethnic-group. Filling out paperwork is defrauding the government? Do some people abuse the system? Absolutely. However, just as many white people are responsible for this. There are people who need this service, and it doesn't make them lazy or frauds. This whole "the gubment needs to stop giving out all that there welfare" just makes you sound like an uneducated, Confederate-flag waving asshole.

Lol that must be why your comments have all downvoted. You think no one was helping people before welfare? It was run by churches and private organizations that dispensed money on a case by case basis. The system your educated friends designed is nothing but redistribution of wealth designed to get them votes and keep a mass of completely uneducated people in their corner. I love how almost every liberal uses the same argument. "you don't agree with me so you must be a racist idiot." put the soap box up and realize that the financial devastation caused by your socialist system is turning this economy into a freight train with no brakes.
