That appears to be a key lime pie without any coloring added:

Just sweetened condensed milk, eggs and key lime juice. (key limes are really tiny limes from the Florida Keys)

If it were truly the most accurate, it would say "pie in pan" and "pie not in pan". It's quite an assumption to presume that the missing piece has been eaten.

How are we to know that the pie is the same thickness throughout (it's not). The missing pie as shown is in 2d, which does not provide an accurate depiction of total percentage of pie eaten or not.

1 can (14oz) of sweetened condensed milk
about 4 egg yolks
1/2 cup (or about 120ml) of key lime juice
some lime zest for decoration

preheat oven to 325 F (around 162 C)
in bowl combine egg yolk, key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk
mix or whip till well combined, pour into store bought graham cracker crust (or make one yourself if you really want) and bake for about 15 minutes
let cool on counter till you can put it in the fridge for a few hours

enjoy key lime pie and realize how easy it is to make more

This picture will always pain me...this past semester in school we had to do something in one of my university classes called "PowerPoint Karaoke"

What you had to do was go up in front of people and talk for 5 minutes about 8 slides that you had never seen before. Each slide had a theme (slide 1 was always nature, 2 was always an animal) but you had no idea what to expect regarding what the slide would actually be of.

My turn came, and I froze up. Like when playing Taboo and seeing anything you can think of is written on the card so you cannot say it, I knew there was nothing I could do. Each slide I just kept saying less and less. The slide of this pie graph I said virtually nothing aside from saying exactly what the legend said. The last picture was of Barack Obama and I said almost nothing.

It's great to try and get people better at talking on their feet, and I am usually great at that but for some reason I tried to prepare too much for this

If I ever do this kind of thing again, I will nail it on the head...but for now I will always be haunted by those 8 slides.

Behind this chart are a number of assumptions, the foundations of which are rather dubious. How, for instance, are we to know that you ate the missing pie? Indeed, how do we know that the missing pie was eaten at all? For that matter, how can we be certain the "missing" pie ever existed in the first place? I'm sorry, but before I could assess this chart's accuracy, I would need to know the basis for these assumptions.

There is no way to know if eaten part of the pie was eaten by the person that posted the picture, or that the missing pie was eaten. the most accurate pie chart would say "pie that has been removed".
