Atheists do not have any specified values or morals. Humans do, and atheists happen to be human, but we do not have those values or morals because we are atheists.

You could not be more wrong. This picture is making a joke based on the fact that atheism isn't making any hypothesis unlike Christianity. All we are doing is rejecting it, so there is nothing to be written. I think you have completely misunderstood this comic.
