Aww. Don't be ashamed. Everyone is just trying to figure out this strange experience we call our lives. We fuck up, we all do. That's how we learn. Be accepting about what you experience. Don't feel ashamed. Break out of that box and be your own beacon of power. Go outward instead of inward. Expand who you are and you'll feel more connected with everything. Ego attempts to cut us off from our world, we start comparing ourselves to others, start seeing ourselves alone, as if we aren't part of the same species, apart of the same vast array of life here on earth. That's ego, trying to make you feel like you are YOU, DIFFERENT FROM EVERYTHING. But you're not. We're all very similar, we all share qualities. We all share the same earth, we're all conscious and we're all here in it together.

One of the best things you can do for yourself is to put your ego in check. Don't let it make you feel like an island, alone in the middle of the ocean. Remember that we're all trying to figure out what life is about and how to exist. Nobody has the answer, it's basically a big playground that you exist in for 60-90 years and then you die. Might as well enjoy the shit out of it.
