Rhino tusks are pretty damn tough... vs a warthogs stomach which constantly is draggin so it has probably a pretty tough layer of skin... I'd put my money on the Rhino gutting that piggy.

Stunned by landing on its back/head and if punctured probably dying. Warthogs are tough. If you drive into them, they'll wreck your truck. Seeing as this one isn't running off, even with a massive puncture wound, trailing its guts behind it, I would go with injured and confused.
