Lennon went on an all fruit diet for a whole losing a lot of weight. I don't remember his intentions other than getting healthier and I'm too lazy to look again.

Source: did a report on his a few years back. And this does make me a hit at parties because I'm not talking about abortion.

Dude, Lennon was a SHITTY dad. Julian Lennon was emotionally abused every single day of his childhood by the guy, maybe even sometimes physically abused, too (Lennon was known to get erratic and violent at times, so who knows if that transferred to Julian, but it's a possibility). sorry to burst your perfect image bubble of the guy, but he was an asshole for most of his life. It wasn't until the last couple years of his life did he tone down and cool off a bit.
