This guy is correct. I play this game on my laptop using a NeoGeo emulator. Great game IMO, up there with MvC for me. o:

Full name is "Garou: Mark of the Wolves" or "Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves". This is one of the stages. The last Fatal Fury game to be made I think.

Also you can always ask in /r/askgames for gaming related questions or /r/tipofmytounge , those guys are pretty good.

Arnold is a jaded PI who hides his good heart behind empty bottles of bourbon. He'll help those who no one else can help... for a price.

Arnold's disregard for the law has caused serious problems with the new, straightshooting Police Commissioner Gerald Johanssen. More than once Arnold has exploited their childhood friendship to avoid being brought up on charges. But the strain is growing as Gerald is forced to choose between an old friend and his new duties, and as the bodies pile up there are only so many times he can bring himself to look the other way.

Arnold's former fling Helga sings at Harold "Fats" Berman's nightclub. Fats is deep in it with the Gino crime family, and Helga knows more than is good for her. And while its well known that Helga is Fats' girl now, Arnold doesn't intimidate away easy.

When Eugene Horowitz turns up at Arnold's office one stormy night scared and looking for help, a beat-down and exhausted Arnold dismisses it as just Eugene's usual overactive imagination. But when Eugene turns up floating face up in the river the next day, Arnold has no choice but to investigate.

And what did Eugene mean when he said "The Pigeon Man knows?"

Slowly Arnold will uncover a conspiracy that takes him across the city, from Miss Wellington-Lloyd's shining fashion runway, to Curly Gammelthorpe's cell at the Hillview mental institution, to the twilight realm of the Sewer King and beyond.

Friendships will be broken, trusts betrayed, lives lost.

And secrets uncovered.

One of the major reasons I'm sad that SNK went under. It was a fucking fantastic game. Terry Bogard got a visual upgrade in this one that made him look a lot less like a d-bag, and got a protege out of the son of Geese, Rock Howard. Grant (underboss) was such a bastard. One coining this was an exercise in frustration, but well worth it.

And Hotaru's orgasm in cowgirl position finisher, epic.
