No - those are not teeth, they are fleshy projections that line the mouth, throat, and esophagus. The spines keep soft bodied prey, mostly jellyfish, within the digestive tract as the turtle feeds. They point backwards in order to not have the slippery prey slide out of the throat and escape, especially when the turtle expunges saltwater that it has swallowed while feeding.
