Only thing wrong is the bit about being bodies just being thrown out and burned. That would imply that their is no hell according to christianity-- that the "soul" or whatever of a nonbeliever simply disappears. After all, a dead body cannot feel pain if burned. Instead it is believed that they will endure the most excruciating pain and suffering for all eternity...

This is either going to have to be an intergalactic robot empire, or we're going to need to update it to be a consciousness download into ridiculo-huge-capacity computers.
Maybe a malicious AI has unchallenged control of the consciousness downloads? It'd be a neat quirk to add in questions as to whether the AI actually exists, with the people assigning consciousnesses based on criteria supposedly provided by the AI, and the digi-priests are ambiguously either interpreting the will of a real AI, or just fucking with people for kicks.

This is idiotic... I'm sorry but how do people claim that all atheists know more about the Bible than Christians do? According to the Bible, you don't go to hell for questioning religion. Nearly every character in the Bible questions God at some point. You go to hell for doing bad things, like stabbing somebody in the face. You would want your ideal government to punish somebody if they stabbed you straight in the face wouldn't you? So no, this is not "brilliant!" this is simply just wrong. Know what you're talking about before you try to be witty. Otherwise this happens. And you end up looking like an asshole

I will further belabor the point by informing you that according to the bible you just don't go to hell for "doing bad things", you also go to hell for not believing and tons of other non face-stabbing activities like happening to be gay. I'll have to disagree with you here, but calling him idiotic and an asshole when you in fact have no idea what you're talking about (as evidenced above) was a nice touch.

Well somebody's christian. Don't get upset it's a repost anyway. Often times, like in my case atheists are ex-Christians who have learned about the bible before rejecting it.
Are you implying that atheists can go to Heaven just for not being dicks in life?
Because a preponderance of Christians say that disbelief is, itself, an offense to the Almighty. Also, that every man sins and falls short of the glory of God (that's in your Bible, by the way), and the wage of sin is death (also in your Bible) so no man can reach Heaven except through the redemption provided by Christ (Bible), which requires faith in Christ to claim...
So, for most Christians, not believing in God is an automatic condemnation to Hell.
