If you want somebody to try to answer your question:

I don't think there ever be actual telekinesis, but you could (potentially) fake it with controlling nanobots with your mind, I doubt it could be effective to do anything like that, though.

To answer the question posited, it depends on how we define telekinesis. If using nano-machines and wireless communications to control robotic devices entirely by thinking about it with no hard physical connection between you and the device counts then yes absolutely, within fifteen years (or shit fucking TODAY if you don't mind replacing the nano-machines with a headset). If you mean tearing a woman's clothes off with your mind, well that's unfortunately less likely.
