Yesterday I got so drunk after the match I decided to wear my german shirt I bought in some shop in Frankfurt while on holiday there. I got spit on a lot and everybody gave me the middle finger. (Mind you this was in Amsterdam) My most masochistic moment yet

[–]GermanyJonisaurus 143 points144 points ago

German consolation upvote for you.

[–]Chunswick 43 points44 points ago

so next your gonna wear a galatasaray shirt in the middle of the fenerbahce end?

[–]Leeds Unitedmikeno1 28 points29 points ago

Or the Leeds United Kop, you will not go home.

Edit: Obviously downvoted by people who don't understand.

Two Leeds fans were murdered in Turky by Galatasaray fans, there are some Leeds fans in that Kop who would return the favour. Many more that would not but would be very angry as it would be blatantly disrespectful to the two deceased lads and their families to do wear a galatasaray shirt at Elland Road.

[–]CelticLochsexmonster 11 points12 points ago

Rangers shirt in the Celtic end? Nope.

[–]Leeds Unitedmikeno1 14 points15 points ago

You'll be fine tbh, 1000 hoops fans in hospital and one glorious Protestant standing the victor!

I kid, I'm a rangers fan myself so naturally had to say something like this. In all seriousness these sort of rivalries need to end, rivalries are good fun but not all the bullshit genuine anger, hate and violence.

[–]CelticLochsexmonster 12 points13 points ago

The Glasgow rivalry is over, now you are Rangers 2012.

I kid too of course. However I totally think the Old Firm pisses on most rivalries. The majority of English rivalries pale in comparison when it comes to passion and history. It's sad to think it all might be come to an end in Scotland. We need each other.

[–]Manchester Unitedincitinghatred 20 points21 points ago

Try the Ibrox Smoothie: Mix 45000 bitter oranges, a sackfull of sour grapes in a blender. Add a handfull of cold chips from a disgruntled shoulder. LIQUIDATE. Garnish with sour plums.

[–]Leeds Unitedmikeno1 8 points9 points ago

Not sure why you've been downvoted, people are just downvoting randomly it seems. We definitely do need each other and no doubt the old firm is the most intense rivalry on the UK to say the very least.

[–]CelticLochsexmonster 6 points7 points ago

Downvoted because I voiced my opinion. Sad. Tis reddit.

[–]Leeds Unitedmikeno1 6 points7 points ago

Don't worry everything has changed now, it seems the people rational thought have decided to enter the thread. Nice job reddit, give yourself a pat on the back.

[–]Liverpoolmarketinequality 7 points8 points ago

Pats self on back.

[–]Southamptonqwop271828 1 point2 points ago

maybe people downvoted you because they think that while passion is all well and good, there's actually a bit too much of it when you end up with bombs being posted to football managers. yes the majority of english rivalries pale in comparison - and i for one am glad.

[–]Heart of Midlothiankissingonbonfires 1 point2 points ago

That's interesting. Obviously there is such a history there but the way I see it, Scottish football's in such a mess something needs to change, something big, and this is at least something big.

Although I say that as a Hearts fan, and having one of the OF out the way would do us well. But I do think over time if Rangers were to leave then it could do good for shaking up the state of Scottish football.

[–]didge89 2 points3 points ago

Didn't a Millwall or Cardiff fan (don't remember which one) wear a Galatasaray shirt this season when his team played Leeds?

I seem to remember him being arrested/banned from the ground.

[–]Leeds Unitedmikeno1 2 points3 points ago

Last year a number of fans away at Millwall brought Galatasaray flags when Leeds were down. The club has banned them permanently, but realistically keeping them out is very difficult. There was really no need, luckily Leeds won the match easily. It was a wonderful "fuck you".

In recent years a rivalry between Leeds ad Millwall has arisen, there are plenty who aren't dickheads like that though.

[–]FC TwenteHessel 52 points53 points ago

Did the same thing. Worst I got was a bouncer coming up and throwing me out.

[–]Wigan Athleticmanwithoutaguitar 36 points37 points ago

For your own good ;)

[–]The Netherlandsvisual_impact 39 points40 points ago

I was in Amsterdam too, the moment I said to someone "well.. Germany deserved to win, we played like shit" I got all these angry dutchman on my back.

[–]ArsenalSnoopyseagul 21 points22 points ago

There's proud, then there's too proud. Real supporters can admit when their team plays badly.

[–]decline29 42 points43 points ago

Well "Real" supporters traded that ability for the services of Jose Mourinho :P

[–]redderper 0 points1 point ago

They know we played like shit, just too proud to admit it. We've played shit this whole cup. The only thing we can do now is hope that our team will win from Portugal with 2-0 and that Germany will win from Denmark.

[–]Germanythe-knife 30 points31 points ago

I watched the game in Germany with about 250 people, very close to the Dutch border, there were 2 oranjes there! Quite ballsy of them to show their colors at a 99% German crowd, but all they got was some boos and light-hearted teasing.

[–]suction 82 points83 points ago

That's because we Germans aren't scary anymore.

[–]Leeds UnitedEvilMonkeySlayer 25 points26 points ago

You're wearing much less fashionable military uniforms too.

[–]AjaxSomethingOverThere 4 points5 points ago

We're all going to hell for laughing at this.

[–]Manchester Unitedincitinghatred 42 points43 points ago

I watched the Germany - England WC 2010 among thousands of Germans, I wasnt wearing colours, but they obviously cottoned on very quickly to the fact I was English and were very nice.

One of the worst days of my life

[–]peachesgp 4 points5 points ago

Could've gone differently if Germany didn't play well though. You'll always have assholes that don't take a deserved loss well.

[–]AnthonyKing 12 points13 points ago

ahh, the famous Dutch tolerance.

[–]CroatiaSPACE_LAWYER 41 points42 points ago

there are two things I can't stand. people intolerant of other's cultures, and the dutch.

[–]Timvsante 5 points6 points ago

You know, except for football... The dutch are one of the most tolerant people you'll find in europe

[–]Borussia Dortmundroadbuzz 23 points24 points ago

What's is with Dutch people and spitting?

[–]PortugalGenmaken 20 points21 points ago

Proof that assholes are everywhere.

[–]Liverpoolonecupaday 2 points3 points ago

I am a bit confused or tired or both, but why did you wear you Germany shirt?

[–]AjaxDick_Lovejoy 1 point2 points ago

drunk I'm actually an avid oranje supporter (like the other 10 million dutchmen here) Funny story, some guy noticed my shirt while I was ordering some jager shots, started singing: Schaadee deutschland alles ist vorbei. I started laughing and told him: Not so schade now is it? He looked at me for a while and said in the most sad voice you can imagine: No.. no I guess it isn't.

[–]foreignme 1 point2 points ago

In 1998 when Croatia bet Germany 3-1 in the quoter finals i lived in Berlin the next day we had a class trip to some amusement park in Brandenburg and i wore my Croatia jersey ans had people throw beer bottles at me plus all the jelling and cursing.

[–]YesYouIdiot 1 point2 points ago

American here - we're constantly told how polite, clean, and friendly both the Netherlanders and the Germans are.

Is the Euro tournament your cultural excuse to be big American assholes to each other? I cannot imagine spitting on someone wearing a Ghana jersey, for example (if any American soccer nemesis exists)

What the fuck is going on over there this month!!!?

[–]LiverpoolBloodRedSumo 37 points38 points ago

America thinks it has football rivalries, awhhhh cute!

[–]United Statesh0n3yb4dg3r 28 points29 points ago

It's about as cute as the English media clinging onto a trophy won 50 years ago.

[–]LiverpoolMoreSpikes 5 points6 points ago

ZING

[–]Barcelonapipo9 10 points11 points ago

ahh I see you haven't watched an intense CONCACAF game against Guyana!

[–]Barcelonatimmyha 14 points15 points ago

or Mexico v USA

[–]Jumpstart1978 3 points4 points ago

This is a pretty intense rivalry that means a ton to both of us. The issue is that there are so many Mexican born and US born but Mexican fans in the US that even our home games vs them seem like away games. Have to play them in Seattle or Columbus or some place that doesn't have as high of a Mexican population.

[–]Ajaxdreagendrako 1 point2 points ago

I don't think your this extreme

[–]Tottenham HotspurA_Rolling_Baneling 1 point2 points ago

I think Mexico qualifies as USA's rival.

[–]The NetherlandsHeineken23 1 point2 points ago

Hate against the germans is age-related, my grandparents (war veterans) refused to set foot on german soil till their dead early '90's. My dad doesnt like germans, but goes there for monthly groceries and cheaper fuel. For myself, I would love to hate the germans, nothing like a great family tradition! But its getting harder to do so... Back in the 80/90's the Mannschaft had players like Voller and Matheus easy to hate! Those were the days!!

[–]Germanyhermann_toothrot_84 1 point2 points ago

Well... After WWII, the war went on in the Football stadiums. At least between the Netherlands and Germany... And especially at the Euro '88 and the WC '90 where two games between those, had a really hateful underline... And there are on both sides assholes who tend to bring that shit up again. But I think, the peaceful football games overweight today. And I am really happy that most of the hate is gone and we're good neighbors!

[–]Ajaxmonthly 4 points5 points ago

If you wear a Germany-shirt to Amsterdam, nothing bad is going to happen. People will just laugh it away or think you're being an idiot because you think you're being funny for wearing that shirt.

OP is just living in a karma-whoring fantasy world.

[–]YesYouIdiot 1 point2 points ago

You think it's dramatic fabrication? No one actually spit on him or flipped him off?

[–]AjaxDick_Lovejoy 1 point2 points ago

It actually is true, I got spitted on several times. I had to cover my shirt with a friends vest before I went into this one bar because they wouldn't let me in otherwise. Some of those pubs around rembrandtplein are the most dutch white trash places you can find in the Netherlands. These people they take being a bad sport to a whole new level.

[–]FC Tampa Baybackintheussr1 0 points1 point ago

It's funny the dichotomy between wearing a German shirt in Holland and getting right destroyed, and I remember watching England/US in the WC at a bar in West Virginia and seeing half of the AMERICAN audience in Rooney jerseys. Our country is obsessed with patriotism except when we play sports.

[–]Germanyrottingmind13 75 points76 points ago

This might be the ultimate "Haters gonna hate" picture.

[–]Headwuend 68 points69 points ago

[–]SK Rapid WienDistemper[S] 77 points78 points ago

just found the video to the run

edit: sorry there is an ad before the actual video starts and the video is without sound

[–]Borussia Dortmundholocarst 79 points80 points ago

To be honest, he should have passed that to Podolski., at least we got a corner out of it.

But who can blame him for thinking "Holy shit, no ones attacking me, holy shit, if I put that in now, that's gonna make me a worldwide star and be shown in replays whenever my name is mentioned, until I die"

[–]Hamburger SVDV1312 72 points73 points ago

Holy shit, no ones attacking me, holy shit, if I put that in now, that's gonna make me a worldwide star and be shown in replays whenever my name is mentioned, until I die

Podolski's thought in a similar situation:

Dä is dat Tor, isch kann et schon sehen. Jetz müsse ma schießen. Schieß, Poldi! Schieß! Schieß! SCHIEß ENDLICH!

[–]Bayern MünchenBelsher 6 points7 points ago

That reminded me of the Sueddeutsche comic they posted yesterday: http://www.sueddeutsche.de/sport/die-fussballgoetter-zweikampf-unter-bayern-kollegen-1.1381220

[–]Germanycypressious 2 points3 points ago

10/10 Great read, would read again (and laugh).

[–]Bayern München5eraph 0 points1 point ago

I don't know about that... There was a pretty substantial lane down the centre. I think the Dutch RB was expecting Hummels to lay it off to Podolski, and until the last moment he was sitting on that before rushing in to try and challenge Hummels. If we had a different angle, from the back, you would likely see a very large lane for Hummels and I think him taking the space, and the shot, was the right decision.

[–]GreeneyHZ 27 points28 points ago

Look at the way the German players draw all the Dutch defence out of position. Now that's fucking teamwork.

[–]Liverpoolretrominge 20 points21 points ago

And now I'm singing Tenacious D to myself.. thanks ;)

[–]LiverpoolChopToxicity 4 points5 points ago

What's your favorite position?

[–]United Statesh0n3yb4dg3r 2 points3 points ago

That's cool with me, it's not my favorite but I'll do it for you.

[–]Liverpoolretrominge 2 points3 points ago

I forgot about my Tenacious D comment, saw this reply and wondered what I'd posted in a football thread to make someone ask me which position I prefer to play.

[–]SK Rapid WienDistemper[S] 4 points5 points ago

Also during their first goal podolski drew van der wiel out so gomez was onside

[–]Manchester Unitedajopaul 5 points6 points ago

thanks.

Hummels gotta hummel

[–]Germanypencil_the_anus 44 points45 points ago

Thanks fellow neighbour! Best of luck for the last game. A Dutch friend of mine will visit me and I want to keep up the tension. ;)

[–]Liverpoolmequals1m1w 83 points84 points ago

VDV: Holy shit, was that Beckenbauer?

Mathijsen: I dunno, you fuckin' tell ME!

Edit: Hummels: ♫

[–]SK Rapid WienDistemper[S] 51 points52 points ago

the mischievous grin does it for me

[–]beatlemaniac007 2 points3 points ago

Is this really how beckenbauer played in all regards? Or is it just cuz of that one run by hummels? I've never watched beckenbauer.

[–]Athletic Bilbaodroid_of_flanders 9 points10 points ago

Not all the time. Franz would often just roam around, trailing the play -- act as a recipient for a release pass, or if the opposing player gets the ball he would try to block short passes or put pressure on the ball-winner. In attack he could just bomb forward, much like this run by Hummels we are talking about.

Beckenbauer loved to destroy as much as create.

[–]SK Rapid WienDistemper[S] 2 points3 points ago

Franz was like a 10 and 6 combined coming from his own defense? True?

[–]Athletic Bilbaodroid_of_flanders 1 point2 points ago

In defence he was primarily a sweeper, so not sure if that would a be a number 6 or not.

I think a '10/6 combined' would be better suited for some of the liberos that followed Beckenbauer, like Augenthaler or Sammer.

[–]Germanymyschie 1 point2 points ago

Yes.

[–]Bayern MünchenHoovesCarveCraters 14 points15 points ago

A lot like Doughty Face

[–]Barcelonajorgefernangar 181 points182 points ago

[–]Borussia DortmundAriano 81 points82 points ago

Hummels pulls it off better gotta say.

[–]Juventusi_love_pasta 5 points6 points ago

all I could think after seeing the picture was "haters gonna hate"

[–]The NetherlandsHeineken23 10 points11 points ago

As a proud Dutchman, I've to admit, this is a great pic! Germans won fair and square. We really dont deserve to proceed to the next round! We'll be back in Brazil!

[–]Chelseagetextinct 5 points6 points ago

This is so courteous, but so sad.

[–]Bayern MünchenHerrZeleid 56 points57 points ago

Despite my nearly incessant hatred for all things Dortmund, this man is really hard to hate. Great things lie in his future.

[–]AjaxDeziire 40 points41 points ago

you can use "He started as a bayern youthie" as excuse ;]

[–]Bayern MünchenHerrZeleid 36 points37 points ago

Trust me, I do. :)

[–]Borussia Dortmundjoe-doe 19 points20 points ago

So where's the excuse for letting him go? ;)

Thanks Munich!

[–]Bayern Münchenpantelic 14 points15 points ago

There is simply no excuse for such a mistake!

[–]Queens Park Rangersepik 2 points3 points ago

USA knows your pain through losing Subotic. Dortmund is set for a while with those two.

[–]Bayern Münchenpantelic 3 points4 points ago

If Dortmund is able to keep them. Every top club in Europe should be glad to have at least one of those two in their starting formation.

[–]Bayern MünchenEurospective 4 points5 points ago

[–]Hamburger SVdfjuky 7 points8 points ago

So... Hummels got Bayern DNA?

[–]Hamburger SVredditgolddigg3r 1 point2 points ago

Yup, his father was the youth director at Bayern too!

[–]Werder BremenParrot-o-matic 17 points18 points ago

[–]decline29 9 points10 points ago

one could say it was the flight of the bumblebee (=Hummel in german) ;)

It would be a nice theme for that scene

[–]Bayern Münchenpfoschizzle 22 points23 points ago

I remember before the tournament started there was talk that Mertesacker would start with Badstuber over Hummels, that would have been a huge mistake.

[–]Borussia Dortmundholocarst 12 points13 points ago

I really hope'd you could make that same statement about Podolski and Reus, but Löw decided otherwise.

[–]ArsenalBout_It_Bout_It 16 points17 points ago

Honestly, Podolski has looked very uninspiring so far. Granted, he plays better with Klose (who links up better than Gomez). Even Muller has not looked so dangerous, he cuts in far less than usual.

[–]Hamburger SVredditgolddigg3r 10 points11 points ago

Keep in mind, they've play the Dutch and Portugal. Two teams anyone could have made a pre-tourney argument to win the Cup.

They've looked off their game, but they have played some damn fine competition.

[–]Hertha BSCKnorkator 6 points7 points ago

I hope we will see Reus and Götze for Poldi and Mueller against Denmark at least one HT.

On the other hand Löw knows best and he might wants to give Podolski and Mueller more time on the field, to build up confidence. Both can play much better than they recently did.

[–]Borussia DortmundNikopolja 1 point2 points ago

I guess i'm one of the few who can't stand seeing Podolski on the left flank. He's a striker, he plays great as a striker and did a great job at Köln this year.

He never impressed me on the left side, he's not very creative and not very explosive, his far shots aren't that great. I would actually love to see him as a 2nd striker, but we have too many good wingers to let him play as a winger.

Would love to see Göziller.

[–]SK Rapid WienDistemper[S] 3 points4 points ago

just a question: can reus play as false nine?

[–]GermanyMaralmo 10 points11 points ago

yeah he can, that was his preferred position at gladbach at the end of the season

[–]Bayern Münchenpantelic 2 points3 points ago

But that position doesn't exist in Germanys starting formation. He should play instead of the unlucky Lukas Podolski as a left wing.

[–]SK Rapid WienDistemper[S] 1 point2 points ago

I would love to see germany trying the spain formation from the italy match

[–]Bayern Münchenpantelic 4 points5 points ago

Why would you like to see a formation without a striker? You could see how the Spanish game improves after Torres was substituted. It doesn't make sense to play without a striker.

[–]MC OranAusrufepunkt 3 points4 points ago

Remember like everyone was "Omg, Germany defence will be horrible, Midfield is the shit, if Gomez starts we'll fail"

Turns out Gomez is a boss, defence is incredible, midfield is okay.

[–]Melbourne HeartYouLoveAStone 15 points16 points ago

Probably better than okay.

[–]Manchester Unitedreillyg 7 points8 points ago

I'd have to say if anyone has played the Beckenbauer role in these championships it has been De Rossi, he played wonderfully as a sweeper.

[–]Swindon Towndas_garry 1 point2 points ago

Yeah, Hummels hasn't even played as a sweeper...

[–]Manchester UnitedTreayye 1 point2 points ago

Exactly, I find it embarrassing that he is being called Beckenbauer 2.0

[–]OlimpiaPrometheus_Songbird 16 points17 points ago

"lol, did you see what i just did?"

[–]Borussia Dortmundnot_the_droids 30 points31 points ago

ridiculously photogenic guy 2.0

[–]Germanybemusedcapybara 34 points35 points ago

That run through the center of defense and almost goal really was Beckenbauer 2.0. This kid is going to win us championships.

[–]Englandbutzsven 66 points67 points ago

To be fair, it was more that the defence was awful than his own skill. They literally opened up for him.

[–]Karlsruher SChansworschd 35 points36 points ago

But then again, if you need to man-mark Schweinsteiger and Özil with your 2 DMs, you just open up for those kind of runs.

The amazing thing about Hummels is, that he does actually have the vision to make a good pass from midfield, he can also run with the ball and with his right foot he has even a good finishing skill.

[–]Hamburger SVBaronVonKlotz 10 points11 points ago

Best scene ever. A defender breaks through the Dutch line. He shouldn't have shot with the left foot. He had enough time, I think, to switch on the right foot. And then Boom! Would have been goal of the tournament so far, imho.

[–]LiverpoolVaruraex 17 points18 points ago

You mean something like this

[–]Liverpoolkrazay 4 points5 points ago

Fucking love when Agger does that! He and Kjær have been really solid so far, especially the Dagger.

[–]LiverpoolVaruraex 2 points3 points ago

True, especially the Dagger. :D

[–]South KoreaGrafeno 2 points3 points ago

I think Germany has either the best or second-best team at the tournament, but you do need to stay realistic about just how bad the Dutch defense was. It was absolutely atrocious. With this lineup, I'd objectively say that Holland has one of the bottom 6 worst defenses at the Euros. Denmark's defense is certainly better.

[–]Liverpool5uare2 11 points12 points ago

It's a bit of both - half of England wet themselves when Phil Jones bombed forward at the start of this season for United, but occasionally that was down to woeful defending as well.

[–]Englandbutzsven 6 points7 points ago

I guess like Ben Arfa's goal. Good goal, but it was made way too easy for him.

[–]GermanyRarehero 6 points7 points ago

It's never just "own skill" - except of Messi maybe. Hummels could run through the Dutch defense because his team mates did busy work to lure the Dutch defenders away from him. You could say the same about Gomez' moves. It's all just a team effort - and a single guy who gets the praise.

[–]pineapplemushroomman 1 point2 points ago

No, I'm pretty sure I see at least 3 dutch players marking no german player that just stood there ball watching as hummels went past.

[–]Borussia Dortmundcadgar 1 point2 points ago

that wasnt the only thing that opened up for him that night. hoooooo

[–]Borussia Dortmundholocarst 7 points8 points ago

I remember a game in the german cup against a lower-league team, where he did that constantly, because the defensive obviously hadnt planned for that kind of run in any way, defending all our other players 1-on-1 prette hard. Hummels just continously strolled throught the whole midfield, creating chances left and right.

[–]Manchester United4timeseverest 2 points3 points ago

And he's supposed to be a Bayern reject. the young team Dortmund have is forcing me to follow Bundesliga. Hummels, subotic, scmelzer, piszeck, lewandowski, reus, gotze. It likes like a team of wonder kids from football manager.

[–]PeterSilie 3 points4 points ago

Add Perisic, Gündogan and Leitner.

[–]PartizanDannybaker 2 points3 points ago

And Kagawa

oh wait

[–]SC FreiburgSchnix 1 point2 points ago

Dear god please leave Schmelzer out if you're talking about Dortmunds wonder kids.

Not mentioning Gündogan and Bender, but including Schmelzer? Shudder

[–]GermanyPabloSpicyWeiner 36 points37 points ago

[–]The NetherlandsMessyJesse 74 points75 points ago

Yes.

[–]Germanybangthemermaid 15 points16 points ago

[–]The NetherlandsMessyJesse 2 points3 points ago

Mine as well. Yeah I'm not sure, they don't have the same spirit/chemistry they had in South Africa. It's even more disappointing when you know their potential and they don't follow through with it.

[–]envirosani 3 points4 points ago

He was injured a lot after 96 that killed his career. He's also an asshole.

[–]Karlsruher SChansworschd 1 point2 points ago

hehehe he's an asshole indeed. but he does a good job at the DFB, as far as I can judge.

[–]FC St. Paulisoundhaudegen 2 points3 points ago

Beckenbauer 2.0 ? I can't be the only one who thinks Hummels is ever so slightly overrated?

EDIT: If you feel the need to downvote me on my opinion at least give me a reason why you think he is indeed as good as Beckenbauer. I've seen him play a fair amount for club and country and yeah he's good but I wouldn't put him in the same bracket as the likes of Baresi, Beckenbauer etc. I wouldn't even say he was as good (Yet) as the likes of Vidic or Chiellini.

Again thats MY opinion. If you don't agree you're entitled to your opinion - I won't downvote you for it if you explain yourself.

[–]Bayern Münchenpantelic 3 points4 points ago

No, you're not the only one. Surely Hummels is a well performing center back, but you can't compare him to Beckenbauer. Hummels game opening is quite good, but back in the times of Beckenbauer he took over whole games, not only with his superb game openings. Nowadays, that's the job of Schweinsteiger and Khedira.

[–]trademark25 3 points4 points ago

I agree the comparisons a bit pre-mature, but its certainly more relevant and sensible then Marko Marin being the German Messi...

[–]EnglandDray11 1 point2 points ago

I agree with you completely. Hummels is confident defender who always looks comfortable on the ball but he is prone to lapses of concentration at important times and his positioning can sometimes be questionable.

I do admire the way he is always happy to have the ball, bring it out into midfield and move it along but using yesterday as an example:

Sneijder (I think) plays a delicate diagonal ball over the back four which should have easily been cut out/cleared. It sails over Hummels head, straight into RvP's path and he should have scored. Hummels meanwhile just turns around and watches the ball go over his head with out a) following RvP and b) trying to cut it out. Concentration

Guy looks exactly like a Guy Fawkes mask.

What a player.

[–]H-Resin 1 point2 points ago

Der hat ja super jespielt!

[–]EnglandSicks3144 2 points3 points ago

Did I hear he's Old Trafford-bound, too?

Edit: Not sure what the mass downvoting is in aid of, the BBC commentators mentioned Hummels being "linked" with Man Utd during the match coverage last night.

[–]Borussia DortmundAriano 24 points25 points ago

Nope. He signed a new deal for Dortmund already :]

[–]EnglandSicks3144 14 points15 points ago

Damnit, BBC commentators!

[–]paper_zoe 10 points11 points ago

They seem to think every player who has a decent game is going to be signed by a Premier League team.

[–]CelticLochsexmonster 1 point2 points ago
