yeah, the way the vomit is pooled on his shoulder defies gravity and all the laws of puke. Given the angle of his head in relation to the plane of his shoulders the vomit should have a much more forceful forward trajectory. Also, he would be releasing a pungent odor directly onto the female's taste buds and other olfactory sensors, she would not be smiling.
