the story behind the character was that she was some hot A-list hollywood celebrity who got in a car crash and had to get plastic surgery, which turned out botched as shit. she is in denial and still thinks shes some hot relevant celebrity hence the self made videos. its really interesting and funny when you look past the insanity. google it and watch more. i own the dvd, its great
