I feel like there were a greater number of original IPs announced this year, no? Isn't that what we were complaining about? Are there also fewer games in general, due to the economy, or is it that they didn't announce anything big?

It sucked for me because I'm only interested in a couple of the games, whereas before I remember going WHOA I WANT TO PLAY ALL OF THAT!! It's like, okay, the next games in one or two series I play. Cool I guess.

I mostly just play multiplayer nowadays. I'm getting tired of linear games designed around an easy normal mode, with nothing but achievements to unlock. I wish somebody were making good original adventure games like during the N64 era. Chameleon Twist, Banjo Kazooie, Jet Force Gemini, Space Station Silicon Valley, Silhouette Mirage, Mischief Makers, Megaman X4...every videogame was a crazy world to explore.

That said, I'm ready to explore my hometown of Pittsburgh in that zombie vidyagame. I wonder if they hired any voice actors with our goofy accent. I also want my next-gen consoles already.
