Please hang in there, it does get better :( I suffered depression for 7 years and only recently recovered (always in fear of a relapse, though). It feels impossible when you're still depressed, but it can and will happen. Just gotta fight the good fight, and all that.

doesn't always help, not for me anyway makes me feel like more depressed afterwards but I know people who it does work for.
