I'm with you. There's something about this dog. I think it's a weird combination of its body shape and how it's standing so perfectly upright, but it's less like I'm looking at a dog standing on its hindlegs and more like I'm looking at a tiny, horrifically hairy person who's had their arms replaces with dog arms, and their head transformed into a pug's.

This is, in fact, the easiest way to cool off a pug. They often have respiratory problems and need to do this a lot when it's hot. However, I must say that it standing up on its hind legs like that is unsettling...
