Yeah. I imagine that money's going to get split up a lot of ways before it gets paid out. I was thinking earlier that it actually probably didn't amount to a crazy amount once you get down to the $/employee level.

I wouldn't expect a very nice response from a brony but i get the same feeling aswell.

I can understand their fandom to the extent of making a name for each other but past that it just starts to get annoying. It's like okay yeah you watch the show but don't add inside jokes to everything. I also dont want to know about how awesome they think the show is.

After a point you start to get bored seeing the same shit from a group of people that it just makes you think they are all like that. If anything i think their inside jokes tacked on to everything just make themself look worse then they should.

It's the whole thing with everyone instantly assuming people from reddit are meme-sprouting retards who say le as every second word. Its not the truth but its what you see the most so its what you assume.

Yeah, sorry. We just like pastell-ponies. Some of us seem to think that others should love it as well and go overboard with it. If one brony out of one hundred does that it amounts to alot of in-jokes on the wrong places I'm afraid... Kinda like how Irelia needs to be nerfed everywhere.

I dunno... Bastion sold 500,000 copies in 2011 alone... meaning they made like 5 million dollar (it's $15, but for the people who bought during sales). Others, like Amnesia and Psychonauts, also made like a million sales so compared to that Bundle is making little money.

Well, you can't say it like that. A lot of people would have never gotten those games, I would have (Probably) never bought Amnesia and Bastion without this deal.

Considering it'll still be going for a while and has generated ~2.2m so far, that's still a great success. Those games are probably well past the time where they sell a lot of new copies now, so generating that kind of additional revenue now seems pretty good :)

Nu, uh, Amnesia sold 400,000 copies, part of wich were a lot of Steam sales, some as cheap as 75%. At this rate, The Humble Indie Bundle will more than DOUBLE their sales. Since they are releasing Amnesia 2 soon, this will greatly hype up excitment for it.

Also, imagine the Bundle ending with $5m and consider a 50% dev-split. That makes half a million dollars for each developer that goes DIRECTLY to them (unlike at Steam, also the sales you mentioned probably make up a huge portion of the Bastion sales, they surely did for Amnesia)
