if you put nsfw before a youtube link it opens it in another window which lets you watch videos that require an account to watch. For example: www.youtube.com/avideo would become www.nsfwyoutube.com/avideo It works for flagged videos that you need to sign in to watch, so it might work with region specific ones. If not, try getting stealthy.
