Gonna go out on a limb and guess this was in America.

I like the one that slipped and fell and played it off as an elbow drop.

But seriously, wtf.

Yes, America. Where everybody that is speeding, is assumed to have either; a gun, crackpipe, and illegally obtained prescription drugs with intent to distribute. In this case, I guess they thought he had all three. Even though this Guy sure as hell was not making it far fast.

You'd be surprised how many people actually do have one or more of those items you listed.

My buddy is a DC area police officer and he said that when they are out looking for a suspect, like 85% of the people they stop for questioning have drugs or weapons on them and get to go to jail too.

Edit: They can't legally search someone without consent but what police will ask people is "do you have any stolen items on you?" and suspects will say "no, i dont" and the cop will ask, "can i search your person and vehicle for stolen items?" and someone who isn't very smart will say "Yes, because I have no stolen items."

That is then giving the police officer consent to search you and the vehicle... and it doens't matter that they only asked about stolen items. Whatever they find in the search at that point is fair game... its an interesting tactic that you would not think would work but my buddy said a good many people fall for it even when they have drugs or weapons on them. Thinking that because they have no stolen items, they cannot get in trouble.
