I used to get that, well I still do. It's a severe allergic reaction (some people get it worse than others) to a plant called Poison/Wild Parsnip. It is in the midwest and known for the fact that it causes phytophotodermatitis which is agravated by sunlight. Lots of claritin, not running around like an idiot in the plant, and ultra expensive soap that washes plant enzymes off helps, but if you don't know thats what you get and it lasts for approximately 10 days and itches like all hell. PS. When the blisters were small I would bite to pop them as a kid because I couldn't take the itching.
