Dear sir,

I write this missive as a complaint regarding the image you have posted. Informed by Similiar Image I have found out that there was an identical picture posted one month ago.

This in itself is not the nature of the complaint but I will have you know that for some reason the picture you have provided says "Ulster Bank" in the background while the 'original' does, in fact, say "Ukrisibbank.com".

The sheer evidence would point out that the latter is the 'true' image as it seems the Cyrillic text has been photoshopped out of your image.

Now I have no idea why someone seem hell-bent on slandering the Irish population when this was, in fact, from Ukraine and not Ireland - but I will still make a complaint on this as I am self-absorbed.

In the right top corner you can see a piece starry logo, which is actually Ukrsibbank logo. Why the fuck someone would photoshop other bank name? Is this all some kind of advertising?

At least it's one of those leashes that stretches as the pet/kid gets farther away. It's not restricting his movement very much, and this may be a busy or traffic-heavy part of town. I don't generally approve of kids on leashes, but I wonder if it's just for his safety, since it looks like a public place.

i just found more on it: the baby is (apparently) unharmed, but interestingly it was a babysitter that did it and the mother didnt even know until a few weeks later. After it was viral the police found the mom

Not a parent, but I did help raise my three baby brothers.

And I must say, the utter lack of discipline that would result in needing a child leash is disgusting.

EDIT: I can see in some circumstances how it could be necessary or helpful (extremely crowded areas, etc) but at least use the backpack kind and not a neck leash for a dog. Double bothersome to me because I'm extremely claustrophobic with regards to the neck region.

When my son was about 1 and a half, I was at a store with my mom/his grandma and we saw an older kid on a leash. She walked to the dog section an aisle over, grabbed a dog bone and gave it to the kid. The kid's mom wasn't too happy about that.

In a sweet twist of karma, my mom left the bone in the cart and minutes later we witnessed my son putting it in his mouth.
