Most likely an Akita. The coloring and coat are typical of the breed. Not sure about the snout though.

Yes I would love to hear what breed this is too, it reminds me of an amber husky but more vibrant than any I've seen.

Ummm. No. It's not erosion smart one. It's called terraced farming.... How you could think erosion could cause shaping like that is beyond me. Anyways, terraced farming normally occurs where they have limited flat farming land so they have to carve the mountian sides. You can typically see this in Asia, however it is not limited to that area of the world.

The hills around me are shaped similar to this by erosion, so it was a safe guess.
