Also, why would you stand in the water when there's a perfectly suitable elevated platform to piss off of. You could achieve wicked distance if you arced it right.

Probably dead. Sharks do not swim in water that shallow, and you would almost definitely see thrashing. Someone caught that shark off shore, brought it to the beach, and took a neat picture.
