Sometimes I think that choreographers and modern artists are all just making the weirdest shit possible to see how far they can push it and still have people act like it's deep and has hidden meaning and they totally loved it, and they all just get together and laugh at the people who buy tickets to go see this sort of stuff. Either that or they have some kind of amazing, underground drug that the rest of the population don't even know exists.

It's supposed to be a piece about how machinery works with the body, from what I read on the website.

They honestly take it really seriously, and that's even more hilarious to laugh at than the actual piece. I mean, come on now. Look at the dude. But yeah, a lot of "studying" and "experimentation" with the body and the space. It gets really absurd.

I'm gonna go be an artist or choreographer and just do a load of bullshit and see how far I can take it until someone notices and calls me on it. My dance teacher in college was seriously into all this kind of weird choreography which was great when it came to exam time and I was able to do a year's worth of work the night before and still come out with a merit, because there was absolutely no dance you could do that she wouldn't think was amazing (as long as you paired it with the right music). You would literally have to put more effort into failing.

Well let's see the gif starts out with a gentleman on what appears to be a sheet of wood with wheels on it. He is wearing some sort of thong and has a long tube in his mouth pointing forward. He moves himself forward by thrusting his hips.

We then see a woman wearing a black harness walking in the same direction as the man on the wood and in front of him. She walks up to another woman wearing the same harness, they stare at each other for a few seconds. During this time, a man wearing a thong as well and holding two poles sprints/skips behind them. After he passes by the two woman have a dance-off using jazz hands....
