It's fake. Guinness would not wait a week to finalize something so prone to collapsing. Besides look at the wire. At 0:22 the wire for the microphone is going from left to right. When it knocks down the tower it is going from right to left.

Actually this is a good teaching moment. Life is fleeting, and all our accomplishments are like dust in the wind.

There was a similar situation where these monks were spending days making sand art in a mall. They fully expected some punk kid to eventually step all over it. When it happened, they didn't let it phase them as they are more in tune with the nature of life.
