You're quite right, it always bothers me a little bit when people post content they didn't create themselves and don't reference their sources. Sure, you aren't writing a scientific publication or anything, but it's a matter of etiquette, not to mention humility, that you shouldn't take credit - even accidentally - for work that isn't yours. Sure, OP probably wasn't trying to be an asshole intentionally, but imagine how the artist would feel if he found out some dickbag posted his work to reddit, without giving him the credit and exposure he rightfully deserves. Most artists are pretentious twats that way, but c'mon OP, use your fucking head, even if your brain is so small that it fucking rattles around in your malformed, disease riddled skull, you should still know what the right thing to do here is even if your third generation inbred parents intentionally raised you to be a spiteful twat.

I've spent the past two months on a variety of opioids on account of some sort of weird shit growing in my lung (today is "wait to find out if its cancer" day) that makes me feel like I'm being stabbed when I breathe in.

Morphine, fentanyl, dilaudid...along with the standard oxy and Vitamin V...I think Dilaudid has been my personal favorite so far. But yeah, morphine...well, suffice it to say that I have a new-found empathy for junkies.

Thanks, and yeah...I didn't really enjoy that stuff. It included all of the shitty opioid side affects with none of the fun ones...it did manage to completely obliterate my pain, but that part wore off in about an hour. Not something I'd recommend, to be sure.

It's an ER drug, though...I get the feeling that they use it specifically because it works to control pain while you're there, and it's not one a lot of junkies are looking for.

True story, when I was 10 I severely fractured my left arm. On arrival at my local hospital they informed my parents they were trialling a programme of allowing kids morphine. I think it's normal now but back then they were one of the only hospitals in the country doing it. I shit you not, the scheme was called Mighty Morphine Power Rangers.
