All of my siblings are atheist, my father bounces between pure atheism and agnosticism, and my mother is a member of the United Church of Canada (though she doesnt go to church anymore. She still believes and stays connected with the community). I grew up UCC, and when I decided I didn't want to go anymore that was completely fine. I think I was pretty lucky considering some of the heavy Catholicism around my particular area.
