This bot may just be the greatest thing to happen to reddit!

[–]MrMojosDojo 4 points5 points ago

Couldn't say it better.

Garlic isn't bullshit.

[–]killuhkd 25 points26 points ago

Happy Repost Day everyone!

[–]twilightskyris 3 points4 points ago

Is that real? Fairly new to reddit and been seeing a lot of reports today.

[–]kt00na 4 points5 points ago

You'll get used to it.

[–]lexfa 2 points3 points ago

Every Day is Repost Day in Reddit Land.

[–]YKWDPM 5 points6 points ago

I don't know. The ones in Twilight seem pre--- is sick Strange, my body had some kind of violent reaction about implying there were vampires in Twilight.

I thought that bus driver was a bit weird...

Just imagine in 10 years time guys. Having been around from the start, my impression is that this is a problem that is exponential in nature. The ratio of new/repost is increasingly dwindling. In 10 years time new material will be completely drowned out by reposts.

I have no inclination to believe that the ratio of people capable of thinking "This is clearly not news from today. Maybe I should check if this was posted before" will move in a mitigating direction.

Posted for the hundredth time.

Every time I see someone complaining about reposts.

So sick of seeing this. Richard Pryor is hilarious. This joke is an awful joke.

[–]TheKDM 2 points3 points ago

I actually like an explanation I heard that someone got from some work of fiction (don't remember what it was). It's not the "power of god" that makes the crucifix work. It's actually the power of the faith in the symbol - any symbol of unwavering faith is harmful to vampires. Doesn't matter if that faith is actually well placed.

I was going to upvote this, but it was at 666.

Damnit, it's already higher. Looks like I'll have to upvote it anyways.

[–]The-Face-Of-Awkward 0 points1 point ago

Then why are they all over twilight? :p

[–]Disgustipated2 8 points9 points ago

This was funny the 13th time it was posted, 14th and its starting to get a little stale.

[–]shinnmaster92 0 points1 point ago

Why can this imagine not die and go to that big memebase in the sky already...

[–]hat678 1 point2 points ago

If you like Richard Pryor, you will probably get a kick out of Black Death , a bizarre spoof of 70s heavy metal and funk.

[–]greenw40 1 point2 points ago

This shows up on r/atheism almost weekly.

[–]Lots42 1 point2 points ago

How many times a week are we going to see this?

[–]ivealreadyreddit10 0 points1 point ago

Oh I get it! It's funny because this meme is stupid! You guys should stop making fun of other religions, being jerks doesn't make you right.

[–]squigs -2 points-1 points ago

Having seen this far too many times, I'm starting to wonder whether it was actually funny in the first place.

There's no reason really to connect it to Vampires. Nothing in Vampire lore suggests anything about "bullshit" either literally or figuratively. There's no cleverness or anything there. The entire joke seems to be that Christianity is bullshit.

[–]DrEvyl666 1 point2 points ago

Wow, I hadn't heard this quote before /sarcasm

[–]LatexDude -1 points0 points ago

This quote is kind of silly - the crucifix represents the crucifixion of Jesus, something that is an undeniably proven historical fact, certainly not bullshit.

[–]Asterix1806 -1 points0 points ago

Some ancient Roman court books probably have it ...somewhere ...I believe.
