My sister (who this bike belongs to) willknow best, but I think its an early 1970's (72?) vespa 90. Before you buy one do research, she had to do a retrofit because hers was from the year they switched from one style of production to another, so the wiring was very different and incompatible with all other model years. EDIT: she said further down the page, its a 74 vespa 90. And like I said, try to avoid that specific year unless you want yo pay to have it rewired.

Hey there, this is the OP. I found it through a friends facebook feed for First Avenue, which is the club that Prince first got known at (also in the film many times). I have no idea how they got the photo. However there is another person here saying they took the photo as well. Be nice to know whose it is. I have no problem taking it down, but at this point it is out there.

It was taken for a fam and friends only blog and then one of the readers probably submitted it to Reddit, which is the opposite of the point of a family and friends blog.
