It's because this entire post is a carefully planned and thinly disguised advertisement for said film. What does OP even mean? He came back to find this .gif on his laptop? Like somebody opened it and left it for him to find when he came back? And his first instinct was to post it to r/wtf?

And the most heavily upvoted reply is a screen cap and quote from the same movie?

It's easier for me to believe this post and a ton of its comments and upvote are bought and paid for than that this perfect alignment of coincidences and complete misunderstanding of specific subreddits occurred.

Seth Macfarlane is the most overrated person in entertainment today. He has three TV shows that are all exactly the same. Exactly the fucking same. And now a movie that's going to be exactly like his TV shows. Fuck him, this movie is going to be shit.

I genuinely think Seth McFarlane is a funny and creative guy.

Not to say that Family Guy got a little stagnate-, and he should get out of the cartoon biz with all of the shit he's got on TV, but I could see how one could burn out quite easily with so much going on.

Hopefully, him breaking out of the network TV bonds helps him out a bit, but I could see this movie going either way.

-Honestly, I haven't cared to watch FG for a while, but the handful I've seen within the past couple months have been humorous, but I probably just don't care like I used to and got tired of it regardless if the quality is actually rising back.
