Right, but Pokémon didn't start off as an anime. It was an 8-bit video game in which the only color depictions would be found on the packaging and in the instructions. I suspect that Charmeleon was made darker to distinguish it from Charmander during its 8-bit battles.

also: win button -> msconfig -> startup -> untick all HP shit

also: upper right corner on that animated calendar and clock -> click "X" button

also: click on IE icon on the taskbar and hold it -> move mouse up -> on the small bar that came up click "unpin this program from the taskbar"
