The parasite then replaces the fish's tongue by attaching its own body to the muscles of the tongue stub. The fish is able to use the parasite just like a normal tongue

It's a fake picture. The teeth are human teeth.

I found out about this since a tech series I read every month had that very parasite and wrote about it. Someone wrote in and they quickly apologized for posting inaccurate information. The parasite is real thought.
