I haven't been there in about a year...it's in Schenectady, NY. There is a video online. you can see the kid who recorded it has a shirt on that says "union college" and that's around the corner from the library. I'll try to find that....I could go to the library and take a pic of the same station from the same angle....other than that,I got nothing.
