what you could do: right click the link -> copy target url (or however this option is labeled in your browser) -> go to imgur.com -> upload from web -> insert url -> upload -> enjoy.

this also works if the image sits on a website that is blocked at work.

I honestly don't really mind reposts at all. I just find this .gif to be kind of an oddity. Everybody on reddit seems to always trash reposts severely, but for some reason I consistently see this .gif posted over and over again and consistently make it to the front page. I'm giving this an upvote and not trashing it b/c it's a repost myself: I'm merely pointing out that this one .gif, out of all other .gifs, images, and videos seems to be able to be endlessly reposted with little consequence.
