r/pics made some rules to chase advice animals and rage comics out. You'll still see them posted in the newest of the new queue but reporting them gets them removed. r/funny even adopted some of those rules so it's improving, too. If you haven't been subscribed to r/pics in a year or so I recommend giving it another shot, it's improved drastically since then.

I unsubbed from r/politics myself. Hold your throwing stones people, I'm not advocating political ignorance, I'm just kinda tired of biased posts, politician bashing (like it's THAT hard to make fun of an ultra conservative), and "omg why isn't anyone doing anything about this!" topics. It just kinda wears you out ya know? Maybe I'll come back after the primaries. Hopefully I'm not the only one who shares this sentiment :/

Well the frontpage of reddit is generally shit, for a good example look at this post most people in the comments are pointing out how stupid the OPs post is, while the OP has a good deal of upvotes.

Look at most popular news based subreddits, a post sometimes has a huge number of upvotes with the comments pointing out how wrong the news article is. The thing is reddit's main page is now dominated by people who won't even check the comments.

/r/f7u12 is the first subreddit (besides r/pics) that I read. It's pretty much the reason I became a redditor. It just feels wrong to unsubscribe even though the content is just.. bad.

e. I guess I've been tolerating them because only 1/50 or so of my front page is from f7u12. I just went to the actual subreddit and read the top 5 submissions. Instant unsub.

I kinda get it, though. Before, it was just a group of people telling funny stories actually funny. Now that the group is larger than it has ever been, they're just stories, they're not even funny anymore. F7U12 is just a way to tell people about your day without having to draw, you just need to use the premade rage faces.
