y'know... i really liked the first fast and the furious... and then that series devolved into well.. crap... but then they saved it with 4 and 5 .... and now i have even more reason to watch 6... Yeah, I couldn't get through 2 the first couple times I watched it... but I gave it a third chance about a year ago and it wasn't nearly as bad as I remembered it; it's just that opening race that was miserable (well, that and the stupid car-taser that magically works through fiberglass body panels :rolleyes: )

Of course, I'm in a super-minority of people that really liked 3.

the last time i saw 2... it was on TV and i tuned in just as they made the infamous yacht jump.. what a pile of crap. The writer must have been watching reruns of the dukes of hazzard or something.

haha 3 was uhh.. interesting.. and the initial D-like drifting sequences were not bad. but i wouldn't say it was that great. although i guess i'm being harsh and comparing it to fast 5 ... which was the strongest movie of the 5.

besides some jumpy scenes out of place (like she suddendly appearing running in the beach in Veracruz of nowhere) I liked it, specially the fights, the hotel fight was brutal and you could feel the force of her punches

On a related note, during the Invicta FC1 on saturday, Tate came clean about the extent of her injuries, which it turns out were severe.

I lost all respect for her. There is no amount of "pride" that justifies sustaining a severe permanent injury that will likely hinder you in future fights.

She said she tore all the ligaments on one side and most on the other, and that a couple of them pulled up chucks of bone.

I am not sure I fully agree with your motto... I mean earlier in the fight she got caught and managed to get out of it, that was pretty sick, and likewise I have seen some amazing escapes where I thought it was all over. But that last one was pure stupidity... there was no way out of that, she should have known better.
