A lot of small dogs can be cute, but they have to compensate for their small size with energy and assertiveness. It's ironic since most bigger dogs are very, very docile and some larger breeds just don't really get that angry or bite-happy like small dogs can. But raising small dogs to be very well mannered is a sign that the owner knows what they're doing.

Downvote me if you want, but I really despise small dogs like that. They tend to be hyper aggressive, yappy, and unsociable. Not always, but I've yet to see a Pom that isn't a douche.
