The truth is that one can not prove God does not exist, but the truth is also that any God worshipped today is not the first God to be worshipped. The truth is that every God ever worshipped has been used to explain the unexplainable, and as we discovered explanations, those Gods fell from favor. The truth is that the Christian Bible tells stories of a sexist, jealous, wrathful God, full of rage at his own creations (after all, even the Devil was one of his creations) who, like a child, throws repeated temper tantrums to get his way. The truth is that the God of the Bible is supposedly the same as the God of the Torrah and of the Koran, and yet different, thus calling them all into question. The truth is that no living person knows what happens after death, or if a soul exists. The truth is that these questions are irrelevant: We know life exists and we know all things must die, so why spend so much time obsessed with the end? The truth is that all Gods and superstitious beliefs are used by some people to promote hate and intolerance, and subscribing to any of those beliefs constitutes implicit permission for those acts.

The truth is that.. the truth is too complicated and long for a post on the Internet. My journey began around 12 years ago. Eradicating religion is too large a goal for any group, my only goals are to set people on a journey of self-discovery and to condemn bigotry and hatred in all its forms, whether promoted by religion or other superstitions or beliefs.
