On the other hand, the title is pointless.

If you don't like Justin Bieber, don't see his movie. It's really that simple. I only ever hear about Justin Bieber on Reddit, and to be honest, I have more animosity towards the people that keep bringing it up rather than some young pop star that is like EVERY OTHER pop star.

So if I'm arrested because a police officer saw that my speed was 90 mph, for reckless driving, other considerations and exceptions like 'emergency', 'someone was bleeding and about to lose his life', 'no other car drivers were even around.' would not matter because the speed-detector never lies and the law cannot be argued with.

I'm sorry but subjective analysis does have it's place. And ticket sales can be argued with if say an organization runs a campaign of donations for a good cause then dumps all the money on tickets.

Some people keep telling me that that doesn't count as homophobia, but I honestly find it to be the worst kind. I'm bisexual and I'd honestly rather deal with people actively trying to kill me (as I have done) than deal with people who tell me I choose to have a lifestyle in which people actively try to kill me. It is VERY difficult to offend me, but the whole 'gay is a choice' thing is one of the few things that can.

As for the general stupidity, I'm sure if you google, you can find that video where he didn't know Germany was a country (or something along those lines...).

The hate for his music I don't get though. Like I said, I don't think I've ever heard it, but from what I've been told, it's just generic, inoffensive pop music designed to make Bieber the first sexual fantasy of teenage girls.

Something tells me that his opinions are not really his own yet. The article says he has a strong Christian background, and his values seem to reflect that. Sucks that the news makes a big deal out of a teenager's incomplete views on these things.

To his credit, when talking about abortion involving a rape-induced pregnancy, he says he hasn't "been in that position" and cannot judge a person making that decision, so for at least some things he recognizes his inexperience.

I can't hate a person for harmless ignorance; the only person that suffers for it is himself. I've seen that video but the worst I'll do is chuckle.

I don't care about the reasons people have for disliking him. I care about the reasons they SHOULD have for disliking him. The ones that are based in some form of morality rather than absurd opinions of what does and doesn't count as good music.

I agree with that. It's also the reasons I hate these stupid Bieber posts. Yes, I've read that he can be a brat. But he is a good musician, and his voice does sound good. You can't deny that even if you dislike his music. Judge him on his actions, not his music, because he is musically talented (pretty good on the drums).

Im all fine with him having his own movie about him (which nobody who hates him would want to see)

but seeing him in one of the most anticipated sequel this year is just too much. The worst part is that its a sad attempt by the movie industry to get young girls into the MIB series which they probably didn't even hear from or cared about before.
