Something like this happened to my dad when he was a kid. A spider had bit him when he was sleeping one night and laid its eggs under his skin. After a few days he went to the doctors. The doctor had no idea what it was so decided "I'm gonna poke it for a little bit!" After one poke this lump started to puss and upon looking closer there were tiny spiders coming out of the it. So needless to say we've almost been drove into a ditch because of my old mans fear of spiders.

TL:DR Spider laid eggs in my dad's leg and tiny spiders came out after a doctor poked at it.
