I've been living at home while commuting to a community for the past two years, it's been a bad time. Transferring to a university this coming fall, and will try my hardest to not move back in after I graduate.

Not 100% true, I live with my parents, go to university in London, my friends live about 20 minutes away on a bus, im round their place all the time, girlfriend wise its true though ...

Hard to have friends over to your place when your place is your parents' place. Have to depend on being invited to friends.

And yes, with the ladies. "You want to come back to my place? Only we gotta be quiet because we don't want to wake my mom..." is a hard sell.

I was thinking of doing this after pharmacy school. I'll be able to pay my debt off in 2.5 years.

You'd be lucky. More like:

  • Whaddyamean ya can't get a good job with a degree in chemistry? Well, trying getting another at the really local college. I'm certain a bonafide university degree followed up by Joe's Culinary Arts 1 Year Diploma Mill will speak volumes about your gumption.

  • Oh my God my sweet baby don't ever leave us again. We'll make sure to shatter your job prospects by showing up to your workplace. By the time we're done you'll be unemployable so we don't have to feel old.

  • Well maybe you and I should work on something together. Like making this old 286 run Windows 8. It'll be worth millions I tells ya. But before we do that, we need to pick up some Grecian formula and booze from across town. You drive. No wait, I will. Whaddyamean my blinker's been old the last 2 miles? Lemme tell this oriental kid he's oriental. Oh there's so many of them now.

  • And one day, some day, you'll find out your parents have bought half rotten food because it was half off. You'll think to yourself what bastard could let them walk out the door with it.
