It looks as if those two guys hurried down the stairs to get a good view, they can be seen standing very still when the guy lands. I'm thinking it was a drunk dude telling his friends he was gonna jump down to the next floor. The question is whether this drunk dude was some sort of a gymnast, or just really drunk.
