The show makes me laugh literally out loud sometimes, and also makes me want to cry at times. The cutaway thoughts are also hilarious, and the characters in the hospital are all funny as shit. Also, its the most medically accurate show on television. That's why I like it.

Watch the episode with Dr. Cox and Jordan's brother and you'll know. I don't want to ruin it, but if you know scrubs you know the episode.

Or the end of the episode after the one where Dr. Cox kills 3 people with accidental rabies and everyone has to watch after him.

wow I guess you're a superfan. Yeah, they always get me, no matter what. From the pattern of the episodes, I think it's when Dr. Cox shows his vulnerable side. "My Lunch" has humor in it too. Such a perfect mix, that's what Scrubs is about.
