I sort of don't know. Was it not funny to you because the punchline was in the title? Not being all high-horsy here, just curious. As opposed to this post which wasn't funny but was in this subreddit. Which would you rather have? Unfunny posts which go by the book, or those which don't but do?

If you have a smart credit card, and a smart card reader, you can pay for things on the internet by putting your credit card in the smart card slot. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_card

Archived backups that migrate from storage medium to storage medium. This is a file inside a zip file, so its attributes remain unchanged.

I know the original zip was on a floppy disk; it was moved to a CD-R disc in the early 00s, then in 2009 migrated to a HD in a RAID. Right now it's on my Amazon JungleDrive, which is what I use for off-site cloud-based remote backups.

The file itself is a WordPerfect 4.2 document.

Amusingly enough, you could write some kind of app that acts like a credit card (stores CC info, you launch it when you need to use it, it'll auto-populate fields on a given HTML page with said info), and store it on one of those micro-CD cards.

Why you'd want to, god only knows, but there IS a situation where you could use a round card...
